Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We can't deliver to international addresses at this stage.

Shipping cost
All orders ship for a flat rate of $11 AUD, shown at checkout.

Processing times
Every order is packed by hand. In-stock items are dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Preorders
Preorder items ship once production is complete, by the date shown on the product page. For Drop 001, preorders are expected to ship by 8 November. If there's a delay, we'll email you with an updated date.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the whole order will ship together once the preorder items are ready.

Delivery
All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Address details
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at admin.studioonique@gmail.com with your order number, plus photos if it's damaged. We'll work with Australia Post to sort it out.
